Many of our sisters, from our ancestors to the present day, have let their native countries to gather together in our ward and community . In the same light, many sisters of our ward and community have left their homes to go abroad on missions, to give humanitarian service, and to live. We all have a connection; we are all sisters in the Gospel of Jesus Christ and we are all daughters of a loving Heavenly Father.
Please join us as we celebrate our worldwide sisterhood.
We invite all sisters to bring either a side dish, salad, dessert, or other food item to share from your native country, your international heritage, or from somewhere you have served, traveled, or lived throughout the world (including the United States). It can even be from a country or region you hope to visit one day!
Please submit a copy of your recipe and any story behind the recipe to share by Saturday, March 5, 2016.
